On the morning of June 16, the People's Procuratorate of the suburban area of Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province, held a procuratorial hearing regarding a case where a life sentence was reduced to a fixed term of twenty-two years, as reported by the Lingyuan No. 1 Prison. The hearing was presided over by He Miao, Deputy Chief Procurator of the Chaoyang People's Procuratorate, and the suburban area procuratorate.
