On the morning of April 19, the Lingyuan City People's Procuratorate held a hearing to publicly discuss nine cases, including supporting migrant workers in suing for unpaid wages, traffic accident cases, intentional injury cases, and fraud cases. Among these, there were five civil cases supporting migrant workers' lawsuits and four criminal cases that were not prosecuted due to doubts. Representatives from the Lingyuan City People's Congress, members of the Political Consultative Conference, and Director Lawyer Yu Hong were invited to serve as hearing officers to evaluate the cases. The municipal public security bureau, the municipal people's court, and representatives of migrant workers participated in the hearing.
