Over the past four years, the lawyer team in our province has continuously developed and grown. The number of practicing lawyers in the province has increased from 9,130 to 12,797, and the number of law firms has grown from 820 to 1,077, developing at a rate of 10% each year.

Established a system for lawyers to participate in the selection of judges and prosecutors, participate in resolving legal and litigation-related cases, conduct mediation services for the public, and provide full coverage of criminal defense work, as well as the "one community (village) one legal advisor" system, with lawyer system reform developing in depth.

At the same time, judicial organs, trial organs, procuratorial organs, and public security organs have introduced a series of specific regulations to safeguard lawyers' rights to practice, establishing and effectively implementing a joint meeting system for lawyer work, a rapid response mechanism for lawyers' rights, and establishing a "Center for Safeguarding Lawyers' Rights," ensuring that lawyers' rights to practice are continuously guaranteed at the institutional level.
