On March 25, the Fengming Hall of the Liaoning Phoenix Hotel held an academic seminar on "Deeply Implementing Xi Jinping's Thought on the Rule of Law and Accelerating the Construction of a Higher Level of Rule of Law in Liaoning." Zhang Bengang, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the Provincial Academy of Social Sciences, Min Honglin, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the Liaoning Law Society, and Li Huiguo, Second-level Inspector of the Provincial Department of Justice, delivered speeches. Liang Qidong, Vice President of the Provincial Academy of Social Sciences, Chen Shuang, President of the Intellectual Property Law Research Association of the Law Society, and Yin Xiuwen, Vice President, respectively chaired the three phases of the meeting. The meeting invited Dr. Lin Hua from China University of Political Science and Law to give a keynote report, and many experts and scholars from legal research institutions inside and outside the province made speeches at the conference.
